The Centennial Senior Center Board of Directors has just embarked on an intensive strategic planning process that will determine the direction the organization takes in delivering its mission. The process will include community input, research on best practices regarding services and programming for older adults, conversations with key stakeholders and potential community partners -- as well as the implementation of improved governance systems for the organization.

The board is excited to be entering this crucial phase of CSC’s life and is dedicated to committing the necessary time and energy in order to ensure the creation of a viable, sustainable, and meaningful plan for the organization and the Concord community.
